Covid 19 Stay At Home Update

Yesterday Governor Pritzker ordered Illinois residents to stay at home in order to help stop the spread of the Coronavirus. Although the Governor’s order has named accountants and professional services an essential service and we are allowed to operate our business, we will be working from home as much as possible. At this time, we will not be meeting clients in person until at least April 8, 2020. However, our offices will be open daily from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm to allow clients to drop off tax documents and pick up tax returns. We will be checking our e-mails and voicemails regularly and will get back to you as soon as possible.

Please remember, we have available a secure client tax portal via smart vault that uses bank level security. If you have a sign in already to your tax portal, please consider using your portal and uploading your tax documents to us. If you have not used our portal and would like us to e-mail you a link to setup an account please let us know. You can also fax documents to us. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Note:

The Treasury department has extended the due date to file and pay your taxes, including estimated tax payments until July 15, 2020
